Administrator
Precious Bryant, LNHA, MBA, CDP, CFPS, CALM is responsible for overseeing the clinical, administrative, and financial affairs of the nursing home on a day-to-day basis. Providing direction, support, strategic planning, organizing, supervision of general staff, and management personnel to ensure that the facility meets all state and federal regulatory standards, and requirements in the delivery of care to its residents each day.

Director of Nursing
The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for overseeing the
day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing home and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality resident care. The DON provides leadership, direction, support, strategic planning, organization, supervision, and management of nursing staff and clinical personnel.
The DON is responsible for ensuring that nursing services comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies, and standards of practice. The DON works collaboratively with facility leadership, physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality outcomes, resident safety, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care.
