Mark O’Flaherty, LNHA
Administrator
Mark O’Flaherty, LNHA, Administrator is responsible for overseeing the clinical, administrative, and financial affairs of the nursing home on a day-to-day basis. Providing direction, support, strategic planning, organizing, supervision of general staff, and management personnel to ensure that the facility meets all state and federal regulatory standards, and requirements in the delivery of care to its residents each day.
Jacquelynn Rondeau- DePasquale, RN
Director of Nursing
Jackie oversees the clinical team at the Odd Fellows Home and is committed to providing our residents with the best compassionate care in a comfortable, secure environment that affords a dignified, meaningful, active, and enhanced quality of life.
Bogdan Nedelescu, MD
Medical Director
Dr, Bogdan Nedelescu is a Board certified Internist with extensive experience in providing patient-centered, comprehensive, coordinated care for patients with chronic and complex medical conditions. Practice based knowledge in coordinating and transitioning care across all elements of the broader health-care system. Team building record with demonstrated ability to adapt to ever-changing situations.
