Our team of professionals provides rehabilitative care by offering a comprehensive, around-the-clock, program, staffed by a team of doctors, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, certified nurses assistants, activity therapists and dietary personnel. We work with a variety of other agencies including clinics, other rehabilitative centers and managed care providers to provide the most comprehensive care to the people who need it.
We provide a host of services including

Rehabilitative care is most effective when provided in a helpful, nurturing and understanding environment. Thus, providing the highest level of dignity through compassionate care is very important while assisting people to reach their highest level of independence through our programs. The goal of our short-term services is to provide key transitional assistance to facilitate either another level of care (if necessary), or ideally, to discharge them back to their home.
Patients admitted to this program can expect the following services overall:
- Private/semi-private rooms
- Common Area
- Dining/Meal services
- Cable TV
The team of therapists provide services supervised by a a board of clinical specialists who have extensive experience in geriatric care and therapy.
Many insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Preferred Care and Medicare+ Choice will pay for services provided.
